System to Quickly Report the Rise of a River Due to Sudden Rain, Etc., and Urge Residents to Evacuate
On the basis of data from upstream water gauges or the weather information provided by Japan Meteorological Business Support Center, this system streamlines exchange of information between waterway operators and users. Various iformation such as warning via digital displays and loudspeakers, can be exchanged through electronic data transfer between waterway operators and residents/users in downstream for necessary action to evacuate.

Our system realizes features as below;- Automatic sending of e-mails to staff of waterway operators when the alarm equipment is activated.
- Sets the operation or non-operation of the alarm equipment on the basis of the weather information provided by Japan Meteorological Business Support Center.
- Sequential checks of information on the water level in upstream areas.
- Alarm equipment operable manually through a website.
